Introduction


Before registering as a user, please carefully read this User Registration and Use of APP Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") to ensure that you fully understand the various terms of this Agreement. By registering, logging in, using, or performing any other actions on the APP, you are considered to have accepted this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. Please carefully consider whether to accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you are not authorized to register, log in, or use the services provided by the APP.

This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between Ticnote (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users regarding the TicNote (hereinafter referred to as "APP") software service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). "User" refers to individuals or entities who register, log in, and use the APP service. The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Upon such updates, the modified Agreement will replace the original Agreement without further notice. Users should review the latest version of the Agreement available in the APP regularly to avoid misunderstandings. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Ownership; Proprietary Rights
The Service, including its visual interfaces, graphics, design, content, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other components (collectively, "Materials"), are protected by intellectual property laws. All Materials integrated into the Service are the property of TicNote or its licensors. Without explicit permission from TicNote, users are prohibited from using these Materials. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by TicNote.

I. Basic Requirements for User Account Registration
- Users must register using a valid email address that is not already linked to an existing account or banned by the Company.

- Users must consent to the public use of their personal information during registration.

- Users must provide mobile device identification codes and other relevant details for registration.

- The Company may collect personal information to improve the user experience, which includes, but is not limited to, basic details like name, address, mobile number, and email address.

II. Protection of Users' Personal Privacy Information
- In case of violations of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to review and delete user content, including information, uploads, and posts, within 24 hours of receiving a report. Violators may face account penalties such as warnings, bans, or restrictions on features.

- Users who violate laws, regulations, or Agreement terms may face penalties, including legal action. Users must indemnify the Company for any claims arising from violations of these terms.

III. User Content Standards
- Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, or disseminating content that violates laws or disrupts the APP’s functionality.

- Content that incites violence, spreads false information, infringes on intellectual property, or damages public order is prohibited.

- Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with the law and does not infringe on third-party rights.

IV. Rules for Using the APP
- Users may not use the APP to engage in illegal activities or to disseminate misleading information.

- The Company is not responsible for any content generated or shared by users.

- The APP may include advertisements, and users agree to receive such advertisements.

V. Declaration of Intellectual Property Rights and Other Legal Rights Protection
- Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to the content they upload.

- Any content provided to the AI service remains the intellectual property of the user. TicNote assigns all rights to the output generated by the AI service to the user, provided the user complies with these Terms.

VI. Service Risk Statement
- The user acknowledges that the service may be impacted by external factors, including internet instability, technical issues, or force majeure events.

- The Company is not responsible for service interruptions, loss of data, or other issues caused by such external factors.

- Users bear responsibility for the risks associated with using the APP, including potential exposure to objectionable content.

VII. Additional Information
- The laws of the United States govern this Agreement. Disputes between the User and the Company should first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the courts in the state where the Company is located.
