Shipping Options & Delivery Time
TicNote offers free standard shipping for all U.S. orders.
For Canada deliveries, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 will be applied.
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(Note: Delivery estimates exclude customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.)
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
U.S. Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Europe Shipping: 3–8 business days
Canada Shipping: 3–8 business days
Where does TicNote ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Europe.
We are unable to deliver to the following U.S. regions:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Marshall Islands
- Palau
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific
Multiple Package Shipments
Due to product weight, volume, or warehouse considerations, your order may be split into multiple packages. You may initially receive only one tracking number. If you receive only part of your order, please allow a few additional days for the remaining packages to arrive.
To obtain tracking numbers for all split shipments, please contact our presales support. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How will my order be shipped?
We work with leading carriers such as FedEx, UPS and Amazon shipping, selecting the best option based on your order and destination to ensure reliable delivery.
I ordered multiple items. Will they all arrive together?
While we aim to deliver all items together, some products may be shipped separately depending on availability and shipping method. You will receive a notification email once each item is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has been shipped?
Once your package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
*If you refuse acceptance due to an incorrect address, you may still request a refund, but return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you no longer want the item, you may return it after delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
*If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, any refund will be issued minus return shipping fees.
What should I do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
