TicNote KI-Sprachrekorder

I'm a Project Manager and TicNote has been indispensable. It captures technical meetings and Shadow AI turns them into project plans, risk analyses, and research notes within minutes. I no longer take notes during meetings — I can actually be present and involved.

Three weeks in. The transcription is accurate and the summaries save time when they work. Occasionally the summary misses important context and I have to check the full transcript anyway. The app navigation is not always intuitive. Adequate for my use case but I expected fewer rough edges at this price.

I now take it to every meeting and just let it do its thing. The AI does the rest. Build quality and battery life are first class. Glad I found it.

I paid a significant amount for the hardware and then discovered I also need a subscription to use the main features properly. 300 free credits disappears quickly in professional use. The product itself is genuinely good — the recording quality and AI summaries are impressive. But the ongoing cost should be made clearer at point of sale.

Slightly unconventional use case: I get story ideas at random times. Having TicNote always attached to my phone means I can capture and transcribe them immediately with one press. The AI even organises them by theme if I put them in a project. Creative tool as much as a business tool.
